We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at valerieskov@gmail.com. Please note: as we work with international suppliers, for most cases we offer a full refund without requiring you to return the item. We will evaluate each case individually and find the best solution for you.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal If goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return request, we will notify you and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at valerieskov@gmail.com.
