Refund policy

If goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days from the delivery of the last item of your order, for any reason and without justification. This return window is extended if it expires on a weekend or public holiday. The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return or cancellation request:

  • If you have an account: visit account.eskestate.com, go to your Orders, and select the order you wish to return or cancel.
  • If you checked out with a phone number only (no email): use the return link in your SMS order confirmation to start your request.

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation. You then have 14 days to return the physical item (if applicable). Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once approved, the refund — including standard outbound shipping — will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method.
